"Odd Thomas" was released in the United States in December 2003. Charnel House publishers issued two variants of the signed, limited edition: 500 numbered copies bound and slipcased in German Iris Linen with a hand applied label inset along the foredge of the front cover sold for $150 per copy. 26 lettered copies hand sewn, bound in Diamond Quilted Stainless Steel custom made for this edition, red Morocco leather spine stamped in silver, housed in a hand made felt-lined slipcase sold for $1500 per copy. That's why I don't buy the limited edition Dean Koontz novels anymore! |
