"Life Expectancy" was released in the United States on December 7, 2004.
Two variants of the signed, limited edition were released by Charnel House:
300 numbered copies bound in red Japanese silk, the front board featuring a stamped silver foil circle with a red V! in the center, recreating the Flying Vivacemente's flag and slipcased in silver Japanese silk at a price of $200 each. 26 lettered copies hand bound in red Morocco leather with a circular silver leather onlay cut to allow the V! to come through in red leather, a sewn silk book marker holding a brass grommet, all housed in a traycase bound in circus tent canvas with a red leather label in the shape of a star stamped in 22kt. gold at a price of $1750 each. That's why I don't buy the limited edition Dean Koontz novels anymore! |
