This paperback original caused a minor stir for having a naked woman on
the cover and was Koontz's first book with Bantam, his current
hardcover publisher. This book is moderately difficult to find in good
condition, but it is generally within the casual collector's price
range.
You have a first edition if it states "A Bantam Book / published June 1972" on
the copyright page.
