The lettered edition was issued in a stamped leather traycase with a full-color plate inlaid on the top and a different dustjacket. Additionally, there is a bound-in page marker and several full-color illustrations throughout the book. A very attractive 52 copy edition. They are marked from "A' to "ZZ". The numbered edition was issued with a black cloth slipcase and are numbered "1" through "698". Both limited editions carry a high price on the secondary market. The trade first edition is plentiful and should be fairly inexpensive.
