"By The Light Of The Moon" was released in the United States on December 24,
2002, continuing Bantam Books' irritating habit of releasing new Koontz novels
so close to Christmas that you can't buy them as presents. That's almost as
irritating as releasing them in England as much as a month prior to the U.S.
release. Cut it OUT! The first printing is in the millions, so there will most
likely never be much value in a first edition. No limited edition was released
for this novel.
