These are the same novel.
Bounce Girl
was the original printing title, and contained an introduction attributed to
Koontz. The 1973 re-release did not contain the introduction, and carried the
title
Aphrodisiac Girl
. This is the only fiction title written with his wife, Gerda. Koontz disputes
authorship, claiming the publisher wrote the introduction printed in the first
edition and took liberties with the manuscript in both editions. He refuses to
autograph this book for that reason. These are two of the most difficult titles
to locate and command ridiculously high prices when located. They have only
appeared in paperback.
