"Forever Odd" was released in the United States on November 29, 2005.
Charnel House will release two forms of limited edition in February 2006: 300 Numbered Copies: Bound and slipcased in German Iris linen with paw prints foil stamped around the entire book for $200 each. 26 Lettered Copies: Handbound in full black Morocco leather with a liquid bubble carpenters level wired into the front board recreating the bomb Odd has to disarm. Housed in a handmade traycase for $1,500 each.
That's why I don't buy Dean Koontz limited edtions anymore!
